Job Description
Who you are
You have over 7 years of experience in managing end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise-level solutions like PLM and PDM. Your background in digital transformation equips you with the ability to define system requirements based on business needs, particularly in the manufacturing and automotive development processes. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and align processes across various teams.
Your expertise includes evaluating vendor proposals and negotiating technical partnerships, ensuring that the best solutions are selected for implementation. You have a deep understanding of the latest technology trends and can benchmark solutions from leading providers like Dassault, Siemens, and PTC. You are also familiar with cloud-native platforms and have experience in integrating software and hardware development cycles into hybrid systems.
What you'll do
In this role, you will establish the roadmap for the Product Lifecycle Platform, focusing on the introduction of PLM and PDM solutions across the organization. You will lead the entire lifecycle of next-generation product development platforms, managing the design, construction, and deployment phases. Your responsibilities will also include benchmarking and selecting optimal architectures based on thorough analysis of current technologies and trends.
You will manage vendor and partner relationships, including drafting RFPs and negotiating contracts to ensure successful project execution. Governance will be a key aspect of your role, as you will operate the Steering Committee and align processes among internal stakeholders, including hardware and software development teams, purchasing, and manufacturing.
