You have over 7 years of experience in operations and mobility management, ideally within a global company or multinational corporation. Your background includes managing corporate and executive transportation services, ensuring safety and efficiency in operations. You possess strong documentation skills and are capable of producing reports and analytical materials in both Korean and English. You have a hands-on approach to your work, taking responsibility from the initial stages through to completion and improvement of processes.

You are familiar with global best practices in operations and have the ability to benchmark and apply these insights to enhance the operational framework at 42dot. Your collaborative attitude allows you to work effectively with stakeholders and vendors, ensuring smooth operations across various functions. You are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards in workplace quality and safety.

What you'll do

As an Operations Specialist at 42dot, you will oversee the management of transportation services, including commuter buses, parking, and taxi services. You will be responsible for the operation of corporate and executive vehicles, as well as internal car-sharing services, ensuring they are managed safely and efficiently. You will also handle workplace operations, including the management of meeting rooms, seating arrangements, and employee welfare facilities, ensuring a conducive working environment.

In addition, you will take charge of rental asset management and support projects related to national security facility designations. Your role will involve creating reports and decision-making documents, as well as building reproducible and scalable operational processes. You will benchmark global corporate operations and apply innovative practices to improve the internal mobility and operations systems at 42dot.
