What you'll do

In this role, you will support the daily operations of our credit card processing ISO, focusing on account setup and transaction monitoring. You will be responsible for ensuring that all merchant accounts are set up accurately and efficiently, allowing for smooth processing of transactions. Your attention to detail will be crucial in monitoring transactions to identify any discrepancies or issues that may arise.

You will also play a key role in compliance, ensuring that all operations adhere to industry regulations and standards. This will involve staying updated on compliance requirements and implementing necessary changes to our processes. Additionally, you will provide customer support, assisting merchants with their inquiries and ensuring they receive the best possible service.
