Who you are

You have over 3 years of experience in validating IVI and embedded systems, demonstrating a strong understanding of both software functionality and performance metrics. Your background includes hands-on experience with real vehicles and testing equipment, allowing you to assess UI/HMI responsiveness and backend integration stability effectively.

Your expertise extends to Android OS or Automotive OS environments, where you have designed test scenarios and quality reports that drive improvements in software quality. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Desirable

You have a solid understanding of the Android platform's architecture and operation, which enhances your ability to conduct thorough testing. Experience with test automation tools such as Appium and scripting in Python is a plus, as is your ability to communicate in English, particularly in writing technical documents.

What you'll do

In this role, you will analyze requirements to establish test plans and write test cases for the IVI system. You will validate the overall functionality, performance, and UX quality of the system, compiling results into comprehensive reports. Your responsibilities will also include conducting integration testing for internal vehicle functions and external services, such as mobile and cloud applications.

You will leverage test automation and CI/CD environments to enhance the efficiency of repetitive testing processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of the validation process. Your role will be pivotal in identifying quality metrics and deriving actionable insights to elevate the overall quality of the IVI systems.
