Your communication skills in English are strong, allowing you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, including board members and external auditors.

You possess specialized knowledge of industry trends, legal frameworks, and ESG regulations — this expertise enables you to guide the organization in aligning its strategies with compliance requirements. Your experience in agile environments has honed your ability to collaborate flexibly and efficiently with diverse teams, ensuring that risk management practices are integrated seamlessly into daily operations. You have a high understanding of IT systems and governance, which is crucial for implementing effective risk management strategies.

What you'll do

As the Risk Management Team Lead, you will oversee the integration of internal controls, audits, and ethical management functions — your role is pivotal in establishing a robust enterprise risk response system that proactively manages various risks. You will lead communication with key stakeholders, including the board, audit committees, and external auditors, ensuring that risk-related matters are effectively managed and addressed.
