Who you are
You are a recent graduate or have some experience in risk management, finance, or a related field. You possess a strong analytical mindset and are eager to learn about risk parameters and trading activities. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working with quantitative data to assess risk exposures. You have a collaborative spirit and enjoy working closely with experienced Risk Managers to develop robust risk management strategies. You are detail-oriented and can effectively monitor trading activities according to established frameworks. You are motivated by the challenge of working in a diversified trading firm and are excited about the opportunity to contribute to the equities business.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work alongside Risk Managers to calibrate risk parameters and accurately measure desk positions. You will monitor daily trading activity and assess risk exposures to ensure compliance with established risk limits. You will help advance the firm's risk management framework by contributing to the development of tools and methodologies that enhance risk assessment processes. You will participate in discussions about risk management strategies and collaborate with various teams to implement best practices. Your contributions will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of the trading operations and ensuring that risk is effectively managed across the organization.
