Who you are

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and possess a strong understanding of ADAS system architecture and middleware pipelines. With experience in developing software for distributed and heterogeneous systems, you are familiar with both Linux and RTOS environments, including FreeRTOS. You apply knowledge of ISO 26262 and related system development standards to ensure software meets automotive safety requirements. Your background includes building and maintaining development tools to support debugging, testing, and validation, and you are comfortable engaging in all phases of the software development lifecycle.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working effectively with application developers and cross-functional teams to support seamless middleware integration. Your strong analytical skills allow you to contribute to technical analysis, design discussions, and key decision-making processes. You are adept at participating in design and code reviews, ensuring high standards of quality and performance in the software you develop. You are also experienced in performance optimization methodologies, which are crucial for the safety-critical features of autonomous driving systems.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy middleware software solutions that enable safety-critical features for autonomous driving systems. You will engage in requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, code review, and deployment, ensuring that all software meets the high standards of automotive reliability and safety. You will collaborate with remote teams across multiple countries and time zones, contributing to a global effort in advancing autonomous driving technology.

Your responsibilities will include developing real-time communication and execution frameworks, as well as foundational libraries such as transform and data utilities. You will demonstrate a strong understanding of middleware pipelines and performance optimization methodologies, applying your expertise to enhance the overall functionality and reliability of the systems you work on. You will also be involved in building and maintaining development tools that support debugging, testing, and validation processes, ensuring that the software you create is robust and efficient.
