Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, with a strong background in data modeling and data visualization — you've successfully built and maintained scalable data ecosystems that support business intelligence and analytics needs. Your expertise in SQL allows you to manipulate and analyze complex datasets effectively, ensuring data integrity and accessibility across teams.
You are skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Finance, GTM, Product, and Operations — you understand the importance of aligning analytics initiatives with business strategy and have a proven track record of delivering actionable insights that drive decision-making. Your ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders makes you a valuable asset in any organization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable data models in our Enterprise Data Warehouse — you will be responsible for the entire data ecosystem, from raw data ingestion to final presentation-ready datasets. You will partner closely with various teams to define best practices for analytics engineering and ensure that trusted, well-modeled data is available across the organization.
You will lead initiatives to improve data quality and accessibility, implementing processes that enhance the efficiency of data workflows — your work will directly impact how the organization leverages data to create revenue and engage customers effectively. You will also mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the analytics team.
