Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience as a frontend developer, proficient in multiple programming languages including JavaScript, C#, Ruby, and Java. You possess a strong understanding of object-oriented programming and are skilled at writing high-quality, maintainable code. Your experience with agile methodologies such as Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum, and Kanban allows you to thrive in collaborative environments. You are not only a technical expert but also a mentor who enjoys guiding junior team members and fostering a positive team culture.
You are proactive in assessing team health and code quality, ensuring that the team delivers on its technical vision. You have a knack for influencing others and advocating for technical excellence while maintaining an open attitude towards feedback and new ideas. Your contributions to external communities through speaking engagements, open-source projects, or blogging demonstrate your commitment to sharing knowledge and learning from others.
What you'll do
In this role, you will leverage continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software and value to clients as early as possible. You will work within a collaborative, value-driven team to create innovative customer experiences that meet client needs. Utilizing microservices, you will help build large-scale distributed systems that are robust and efficient. You will apply the latest technological insights from our technology radar to solve customer problems effectively.
You will oversee or participate in the entire software consulting and delivery lifecycle, from conception to deployment, ensuring that all aspects are handled with care and expertise. Your technical knowledge and leadership skills will be crucial in guiding less experienced colleagues, helping them to grow and succeed in their roles.
