Who you are

You have a strong background in supply chain management, particularly within the clinical or pharmaceutical sectors. Your experience includes managing global supply plans and ensuring the timely delivery of products for clinical trials. You are adept at collaborating with various teams, including Clinical Operations, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs, to execute effective supply strategies. You possess excellent organizational skills and are comfortable utilizing ERP and inventory systems to maintain accurate records. Your ability to manage external partners, such as CMOs and couriers, is crucial for ensuring uninterrupted supply.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and maintain global supply plans for clinical trials, ensuring that all products are available at the right time and in the right condition. You will manage global inventory across central depots and clinical sites, utilizing ERP systems for accurate record keeping. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating packaging, labeling, and distribution activities with CMO partners. You will oversee global shipments and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the supply chain process. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to address any supply chain challenges that may arise during clinical studies.
