What you'll do

As the Senior Manager, you will lead operational excellence projects aimed at streamlining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and enhancing process efficiency. You will coordinate end-to-end clinical supply chain management activities, ensuring that all aspects of the supply chain are managed effectively for assigned clinical studies. Your role will involve analyzing key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize supply chain processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Your leadership will guide the team in achieving operational goals and ensuring that clinical supply chain activities align with the company's mission to develop life-changing medicines for patients with unmet needs. You will report directly to the Director of Supply Chain Management and play a crucial role in shaping the future of biopharma at BridgeBio.
