You are skilled in translating user research and feedback into actionable design insights, and you have a keen eye for detail. You understand the importance of iterative design and are comfortable engaging in regular design feedback sessions with your peers. Your ability to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively is one of your strengths, allowing you to advocate for user needs throughout the design process.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design efforts for Academia's Premium Products, focusing on enhancing user experience and driving engagement. You will collaborate closely with engineers to ensure the smooth implementation of your design solutions, working together to overcome technical challenges and refine the user interface. You will engage in regular design feedback sessions with the design team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

You will contribute to the refinement of design tools and processes, optimizing productivity and effectiveness within the team. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, analyzing user behavior, and translating findings into actionable insights that inform design decisions.
