Job Description
Who you are
You have a BA/BS degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business Administration, or a related field. With over 3 years of experience in designing or delivering technical training, you have a strong understanding of software or SaaS environments. Your ability to create engaging training materials is complemented by your experience in collaborating with product and customer success teams to ensure alignment with product updates and customer needs.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to conduct live, instructor-led virtual sessions effectively. Your experience includes developing various educational materials such as course guides, scripts, assessments, and hands-on exercises. You are detail-oriented and maintain an in-depth understanding of implementation methodologies and platform functionality, ensuring that your training content is accurate and relevant.
What you'll do
In this role, you will design and develop engaging technical training materials for the Accela Civic Platform, focusing on video tutorials, eLearning modules, and simulations. You will deliver live, virtual instructor-led training sessions for specific product areas, fostering interactive learning and reinforcing key concepts. Collaborating closely with product, implementation, and customer success teams, you will ensure that training aligns with product updates and customer needs.
You will also administer and maintain content within Accela University applications, ensuring its accuracy, organization, and usability. Your contributions will include developing best practices to enhance Accelaβs training library and learner experience. You will play a crucial role in helping customers, partners, and internal teams gain the skills needed to implement and manage Accela solutions effectively.
