What you'll do

In this role, you will deliver technical training both in person and in virtual classrooms, utilizing remote learning tools to reach a global audience. You will help customers, partners, and internal staff excel in their roles by training them to effectively use InterSystems products. Your audience will include developers, integrators, administrators, analysts, and software architects, all of whom will benefit from your expertise. You will support the Online Learning Team in growing the catalog of interactive online courses and resources, ensuring that learners have access to the most relevant and up-to-date training materials. As you progress in your role, you will have the opportunity to train and mentor new instructors, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them succeed in delivering technically demanding training.
