Who you are

You are a highly motivated and results-oriented Technical Program Manager with a proven track record of leading enterprise-level programs and projects focused on data and technology initiatives. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at ensuring that requirements are ready for execution. You have a knack for breaking down complex work into actionable pieces and keeping programs alive through disciplined execution and proactive problem-solving.

With experience managing a portfolio of complex, high-impact programs, you ensure that projects land on time and within scope. You partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including the Director of Product and Engineering Operations, to define project goals, success metrics, and delivery roadmaps. Your ability to identify gaps, raise risks, and prevent teams from moving forward with unclear inputs is a key strength.

You are skilled at driving cross-functional consensus on designs, trade-offs, and key decisions. You ensure that stakeholders are heard, decisions are understood, and teams are aligned before moving forward. Your expertise in building scalable frameworks for project tracking, reporting, and governance allows you to deliver consistent, data-driven updates to business leaders and executives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead enterprise-wide technology and engineering initiatives from concept to delivery. You will manage a portfolio of complex programs, ensuring they are executed on time and within scope. Your responsibilities will include partnering with stakeholders to define project goals and success metrics, as well as ensuring that requirements and acceptance criteria are clear and actionable.

You will identify gaps and risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that teams do not proceed with unclear inputs. Your role will involve driving cross-functional consensus on key decisions and designs, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned before moving forward. You will build scalable frameworks for project tracking and governance, delivering consistent updates to business leaders.
