You partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including the Director of Product and Engineering Operations, to define project goals, success metrics, and delivery roadmaps. You are adept at identifying gaps, raising risks, and preventing teams from moving forward with unclear inputs.

Your ability to drive cross-functional consensus on designs, trade-offs, and key decisions sets you apart. You ensure that stakeholders are heard, decisions are understood, and teams are aligned before moving forward. You build scalable frameworks for project tracking, reporting, and governance, delivering consistent, data-driven updates to business leaders and executives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead enterprise-wide technology and engineering initiatives from concept to delivery.
