Overview
Fonoa is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the development and scaling of SaaS products for global enterprise customers. This role requires strong leadership and strategic vision to drive product lifecycle from inception to scale.

You have deep experience in building and scaling SaaS products for global enterprise customers — your proven track record includes owning products that generate millions in revenue and understanding the unique needs of large, complex organizations. You possess strong leadership skills and a strategic vision that allows you to create and work effectively with cross-functional teams to build world-class products. You thrive in fast-paced environments with high expectations and a bias for action, and you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your ability to engage deeply with global enterprise customers ensures that our products solve real problems and meet their unique challenges.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop and execute a bold product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company’s strategic objectives and the needs of large, global enterprise customers. You will take full ownership of the product lifecycle, from ideation and customer validation through development and delivery, to scaling globally with millions of users and significant revenue impact. You will engage with enterprise customers to understand their unique needs and challenges, ensuring our products are tailored to solve real problems. Your leadership will guide the product strategy and vision, promoting industry transformation through an experiment-driven approach.
