You are a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for improving workflows and creating a seamless employee experience. You thrive in an execution-focused environment and enjoy building structure within people operations. Your ability to partner closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and business leaders ensures that people operations run smoothly and efficiently across the organization.
You have experience in executing and improving core people processes, including recruiting coordination, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and internal communications. Your hands-on approach allows you to manage end-to-end onboarding processes, ensuring that new hires have a positive experience from the start.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the onboarding processes, which include preparing offer letters, conducting reference checks, and coordinating background screenings. You will also manage system access and equipment coordination for new employees, ensuring they are set up for success on their first day. Supporting recruiting operations will be a key responsibility, where you will prepare requisitions in Greenhouse and manage approval workflows in collaboration with HR leadership.
You will prepare and distribute employment documentation related to promotions, compensation changes, and role updates, coordinating with the Compensation Committee as needed. Additionally, you will administer and support HR systems and tools, including ATS and HRIS, to streamline operations and enhance reporting capabilities. Your role will also involve coordinating employee orientation sessions, creating agendas, and ensuring that new hires receive the necessary information to integrate into the company culture effectively.
