What you'll do

As the People Operations Specialist, you will act as the primary contact for all employee lifecycle processes, ensuring that onboarding and offboarding are handled efficiently. You will manage benefits, pension, and leave processes while ensuring compliance with local employment laws. Collaborating with legal and HR teams, you will update and implement necessary documents and policies to maintain compliance.

You will handle employee lifecycle information in local payroll systems and maintain data integrity in HRIS. Your role will involve providing analytics and reports to stakeholders, contributing to continuous process improvement, and enhancing the overall employee experience at Flo Health.
