You have over 3 years of experience as a Product, Project, or Team manager specifically in CRM development teams — you've successfully led projects that automate business operations and enhance efficiency. Your advanced knowledge of Salesforce encompasses its database structure, sharing rules, roles, profiles, flows, workflows, Apex, VisualForce, SOQL, LWC, and Aura — you are well-versed in the intricacies of the platform and can navigate its complexities with ease.
You possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to hire, mentor, and guide a team of skilled professionals — you thrive in environments where you can foster collaboration and drive engineering excellence. Your experience allows you to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring that your team delivers high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
What you'll do
As a Salesforce Development Manager at Acronis, you will drive all aspects of Salesforce-based development projects — your role will involve defining the architecture of these initiatives and actively participating in development tasks such as creating flows and defining automation logic.
