You have 3+ years of experience as a Product, Project, or Team manager of CRM development teams — you've successfully led teams in delivering impactful Salesforce solutions that drive business efficiency. Your advanced knowledge of Salesforce includes understanding its database structure, sharing rules, roles, profiles, flows, WFRs, Apex, VisualForce, SOQL, LWC, and Aura — you are well-versed in the intricacies of the platform and can navigate its complexities with ease.

You possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to hire, mentor, and lead a team of skilled professionals — you thrive in environments where you can empower others and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence. Your experience in gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications means you can effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will drive all aspects of the implementation of Salesforce-based development projects at Acronis — your technical leadership will set the standard for excellence as you define the architecture of Salesforce initiatives and projects. You will take an active role in development, creating flows and screens, and defining automation logic that enhances operational efficiency.

You will review deliverables from team members, ensuring that all outputs meet the high standards expected at Acronis — your keen eye for detail will help maintain quality and consistency across projects. Additionally, you will define and drive the implementation of engineering excellence principles, enhancing internal planning and collaboration processes between business units and the Salesforce team.
