What you'll do

As a Senior Manager - Salesforce Developer at Ripple, you will lead a small but dedicated Salesforce team, taking on a hands-on role in the design, development, testing, and documentation of high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for developing Salesforce.com applications using Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, VisualForce Pages, and Aura Components, ensuring that all solutions are scalable and user-friendly. Your technical leadership will guide the team in best practices for Salesforce development, and you will provide ongoing support for existing custom Apex code on the Force.com platform.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will play a key role in mentoring and developing the skills of your team members, helping them grow in their careers while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. You will also work closely with other departments to understand their needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions that drive business success.
