What you'll do

As a Salesforce Solution Architect at Acronis, you will be the go-to person for feature requests and possibilities of the Salesforce platform. You will participate in requirements gathering sessions with business users to understand their needs and prepare, review, and approve solution documentation, including business requirements and functional designs. Your role will involve translating these business requirements into actionable technical designs that enhance the overall system landscape.

You will lead a small team of business analysts, ensuring that they deliver optimal solutions that meet the needs of stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include providing guidance on best practices for Salesforce configuration and architecture, as well as mentoring team members to foster their professional growth. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce solutions with other systems.

In this role, you will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with Salesforce developments and innovations, ensuring that Acronis leverages the latest features and capabilities of the platform.
