Who you are
You have extensive experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design, with a proven track record of leading successful implementations across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Your technical expertise allows you to guide both business and technical teams towards scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions. You are adept at developing technical strategies and optimizing systems to meet evolving business needs.
You possess strong skills in developing Apex Triggers, Classes, and Lightning Components, ensuring that all custom development efforts align with best practices. Your ability to mentor and support team members is a key asset, as you help others grow in their Salesforce capabilities. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end Salesforce architecture, ensuring that all implementations follow best practices and meet business requirements. You will lead custom development efforts, designing and developing Apex components that enhance the functionality of Salesforce solutions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
You will also focus on system optimization, continuously assessing and improving the performance of Salesforce applications.
