You have over 8 years of business experience in a technical role, showcasing your ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences. Your expertise allows you to become a subject matter expert on Acronis products, policies, and market position, instilling confidence in others about the technology. You thrive in fast-paced environments, quickly adapting to new projects and challenges while collaborating efficiently with internal and external stakeholders. Your strong communication skills enable you to socialize Acronis topics effectively, ensuring that both partners and team members are well-informed and engaged. You are committed to continuous improvement, actively seeking feedback to enhance your training and content creation efforts.
What you'll do
In this role, you will conduct training courses for adult learners on sales, technical, and business topics, ensuring that partners are well-equipped to utilize Acronis technology. You will scope projects and accurately estimate the time required for various initiatives, creating relevant content and assets for digital and live courses. Your responsibilities will include developing tailored training sessions, interactive labs, and certification exams that resonate with diverse audiences.
