Who you are
You have a strong background in client services or account management, ideally within the tech or app marketing industry. Your experience includes working directly with clients to resolve inquiries and provide technical support, ensuring they achieve their goals with the tools provided. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey technical information to clients and collaborate with internal teams. You are proactive in identifying client needs and ensuring they are met promptly and efficiently.
What you'll do
As a Technical Account Manager at Adjust, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring they receive the highest level of service. You will work closely with clients to understand their app marketing needs and provide tailored solutions using Adjust's analytics suite. Your role will involve conducting regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for further support.
