Your experience in account management is critical, as you will be managing a wide portfolio of accounts across various verticals.

Desirable

Experience working with financial technology platforms or in the payments industry would be a plus. What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience by identifying and delivering on new opportunities. You will work closely with a diverse team of Account Managers to develop customer relationships and drive commercial success. Your responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to provide tailored solutions. You will be expected to challenge ideas and contribute to team discussions, as winning is more important than ego. You will also be responsible for tracking account performance and identifying areas for improvement, ensuring that both Adyen and its customers achieve their ambitions faster.
