You have a strong background in compliance, particularly within the payments or finance industry, and possess excellent analytical skills. You are adept at working collaboratively with diverse teams, including risk, legal, finance, and sales, to provide pragmatic advice that fosters sustainable growth. Your experience with Card Networks equips you to proactively identify compliance obligations and translate them into actionable policies and procedures. You thrive in environments that require strategic thinking and the ability to communicate complex compliance matters clearly to various stakeholders.
Desirable
Experience with local payment methods and a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape will be advantageous. You are comfortable navigating the intricacies of compliance in a fast-paced environment and are motivated to contribute to the success of the organization through effective compliance management.
What you'll do
In this role, you will proactively identify compliance obligations based on Card Network and Local Payment Methods Rules. You will translate these obligations into relevant policies and procedures that will be communicated and implemented across the global business. Representing the compliance team on various work streams and products, you will establish strategies that align with global objectives, ensuring controlled and compliant growth. You will also play a key role in strengthening knowledge and education management across the organization, helping to cultivate a culture of compliance awareness and best practices.
