What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the newly formed Customer Risk Team within the Risk Intelligence and Monitoring Group at Adyen. Your primary responsibility will be to define the team's technical roadmap and ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and scalable systems that proactively manage customer risk. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business goals and customer needs.

You will be responsible for making key architectural decisions that shape the team's direction and success. As the Engineering Manager, you will foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, encouraging your team to tackle unique technical challenges at scale. You will also oversee the hiring and development of team members, ensuring they have the support and resources needed to excel in their roles.
