What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager at PPRO, you will lead the engineering strategy for the Risk management domain, ensuring that your team is aligned with the company's mission to simplify access to local payment methods. You will play a pivotal role in transitioning the focus from internal tools to developing merchant-facing products, such as Fraud Scores and automated Dispute APIs. Your leadership will help shape the direction of the team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

You will be responsible for mentoring and developing your team members, conducting regular one-on-ones to support their professional growth. You will also collaborate closely with product managers and other stakeholders to define the roadmap and prioritize features that enhance customer experience.
