What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and scale the Regulatory team in APAC, ensuring that Adyen's operations align with local and international compliance standards. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including product teams, to integrate compliance considerations into the development of new financial products. Your responsibilities will include overseeing compliance audits, developing training programs for staff, and staying updated on regulatory changes that impact the business.

You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of compliance within the organization — this involves mentoring team members, promoting best practices, and ensuring that ethical considerations are embedded in all business processes.
