What you'll do

As the Team Lead for Scheme Compliance, you will oversee the Acquiring Card Scheme Compliance team, ensuring that all tasks align with the strategic goals of Adyen. You will monitor team performance, address any shortcomings, and communicate results clearly to stakeholders. Your role will involve maintaining oversight of card scheme rules and operational teams, supporting strategic business growth while meeting compliance goals. You will collaborate closely with other teams globally, representing Adyen in various forums and contributing to strategic company initiatives.
