What you'll do
As a Project Operations Specialist at Adyen, you will play a hands-on role in bringing clients live on the Adyen platform. You will support the delivery of client implementations across various programs, including Point of Sale (POS), marketplace e-commerce, and card issuing. You will work closely with experienced Project Operations Managers, assisting in project plans and documentation, validating configurations, and preparing clients for go-live. Your role will involve tracking project progress and coordinating activities to ensure timely delivery. You will gain exposure to Adyen's products and operational workflows, building a strong understanding of how to implement complex payment solutions effectively. You will be responsible for solving day-to-day challenges that come with launching these solutions, ensuring that clients have a seamless experience.
