Overview
Stripe is seeking a Product Operations Program Manager to enhance user-centered product development. You'll collaborate across teams to optimize product delivery and manage complex initiatives. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and experience in a dynamic environment.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong track record of delivering complex initiatives end-to-end with multiple stakeholders in a changing, ambiguous environment. Your ability to diagnose, simplify, and structure problems and solutions while having command of the details sets you apart. You possess an enthusiastic 'roll up your sleeves' mentality, ready to tackle challenges head-on. Prior experience with payments, fintech, and/or high-growth technology companies is preferred, showcasing your understanding of the industry landscape.
What you'll do
In this role, you will create systems to capture, prioritize, and track user requirements, ensuring that the voice of the user is integrated into product development. You will design and run complex processes across Product and operational teams, facilitating collaboration and alignment. Your responsibilities will include defining launch processes and policies, planning and aligning across Product, Go-to-Market, and Systems/Operations teams, and leading commercial execution for priority product launches. You will aggregate user feedback to inform product decisions and drive critical, cross-functional initiatives that support Stripe's mission to increase the GDP of the Internet.
