What you'll do
As a Product Operations Specialist at Kikoff, you will perform daily, weekly, and monthly operational tasks that are critical to the business. Your role will involve supporting user research and conducting interviews to help scope early product ideas and identify opportunities for improvement. You will review and troubleshoot escalated customer issues, engaging in bug-bashing with the product team to uncover root causes.
