You have 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, particularly in the financial technology sector, where you've developed a strong understanding of commercial performance metrics and data-driven decision-making. Your analytical rigor allows you to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business growth. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to regional leadership. You are adept at using SQL and other data analysis tools to extract and manipulate data, ensuring that your insights are grounded in solid evidence. What you'll do

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for regional leadership, ensuring they have clear visibility into the health of the commercial engine. You will analyze data to surface risks and opportunities, strengthening decision-making processes across the North America region. Your responsibilities will include translating regional needs into clear analytical questions, applying global standards, and contributing to a unified insights landscape. You will work closely with Finance and Revenue Operations teams to enhance the quality, consistency, and scalability of commercial insights. Your work will connect regional initiatives to global strategies, ensuring alignment and maximizing impact.
