Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in data analysis, particularly in forecasting and performance metrics. Your expertise in SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI allows you to derive actionable insights from complex datasets. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Strategy, and Product, to drive data-informed decision-making. Your analytical mindset enables you to tackle challenging problems and communicate findings effectively to senior leadership.

You possess strong skills in programming languages such as Python and R, which you use to automate data processes and enhance analytical capabilities. You understand the importance of unit economics and can translate data into strategic recommendations that align with business objectives. Your experience in the fintech or banking sector is a plus, as it gives you a unique perspective on the industry’s challenges and opportunities.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end forecasting strategy for Chime’s core business metrics, including member growth and purchase volume. You will set the operating model for forecasting and drive scenario planning to inform investment tradeoffs. Collaborating closely with Finance leadership, you will elevate how Chime measures and communicates performance, ensuring that the company has scalable forecasting capabilities as it matures. Your insights will directly influence high-impact decisions that shape the future of Chime.

You will partner with various teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Risk, to ensure that data-driven insights are integrated into their strategies. Your role will involve presenting findings to senior leadership, requiring you to distill complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. You will also mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of data literacy across the organization.
