You are a natural host with a warm and gracious demeanor, ready to create exceptional experiences for guests at Aero. Your collaborative spirit shines as you work with the team to ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. You understand the importance of transparency and poise in customer service, and you are eager to learn and grow in your role. You are adaptable and ready to undergo training as a Ground Security Coordinator and Customer Service Representative, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal policies.
What you'll do
As a Cabin & Lounge Host, you will be the face of Aero's guest experience, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere in our lounges and onboard our jets. You will engage with guests, providing personalized service that reflects Aero's commitment to redefining air travel.
