What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Test Engineering team at Aeva, focusing on the design and development of manufacturing stations for our cutting-edge LiDAR technology. You will oversee the integration of silicon photonics and optical modules into our production lines, ensuring that all systems are optimized for efficiency and reliability.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, and quality assurance, to drive improvements in our testing processes — your insights will help shape the future of our production capabilities. You will also be responsible for implementing automation solutions that enhance our manufacturing operations, reducing cycle times and improving product quality.

As a senior manager, you will mentor and guide your team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation — you will encourage your engineers to explore new ideas and technologies that can enhance our testing capabilities. You will also be involved in strategic planning, helping to define the roadmap for future test engineering initiatives.
