Who you are
You have a strong background in account management, particularly within the automotive advertising sector. Your experience includes developing and maintaining client relationships that go beyond basic reporting, ensuring that clients' goals and needs are met effectively. You are adept at navigating both traditional and digital advertising channels, including Cable, Radio, Broadcast, and Social Media Marketing. You understand the intricacies of the automotive customer lifecycle and are passionate about delivering exceptional results for your clients.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to liaise effectively between clients and internal teams. You are data-driven and understand how to analyze performance metrics to provide actionable insights to clients. Your ability to think strategically and creatively enables you to propose well-thought-out ideas and strategies that positively impact client businesses. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with a team to achieve common goals.
Desirable
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, as is familiarity with OEM standards and dealership operations. You may also have a background in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, which would enhance your ability to deliver results for clients.
What you'll do
As an Account Executive at Affinitiv, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their advertising needs are met across various channels. You will work closely with the Traffic Manager to oversee production and ensure that campaigns are executed flawlessly. Your responsibilities will include opening jobs through the internal job submission portal and collaborating with internal teams to develop effective advertising strategies.
You will analyze performance metrics and provide clients with regular updates on their campaign performance, ensuring transparency and fostering trust. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for upselling additional services to clients, enhancing their advertising presence and effectiveness. You will also participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas that align with client objectives and market trends.
