Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience as a backend engineer, with a strong foundation in designing and developing APIs that support complex integrations. Your expertise includes working with Java and REST API technologies, allowing you to create scalable and efficient solutions that meet the needs of enterprise merchants. You understand the importance of collaboration and communication, as you will work closely with product management, design, and analytics teams to ensure that your technical contributions align with business goals.

You are comfortable breaking down larger projects into manageable tasks and delivering them in phases, ensuring timely completion while maintaining high-quality standards. Your experience includes participating in the entire API lifecycle, from design and development to testing and maintenance, which has equipped you with a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to support and evolve APIs in a production environment.

You are proactive in monitoring the performance and availability of your team's artifacts, creating metrics to track success and addressing any issues that arise. You take pride in contributing to a positive team culture, engaging in growth and development activities, and supporting your peers through mentorship and collaboration.

Desirable

What you'll do

You will engage in the full API lifecycle, which includes not only development but also testing and deployment.
