Affirm is seeking a Group Product Management Manager to drive the expansion and growth of their products in the UK and international markets. You'll lead a team of Product Managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product strategy and execution.
Job Description
Who you are
You have extensive experience in product management, ideally with a focus on international markets. You are commercially minded and possess a strong ability to navigate organizational dynamics, ensuring effective stakeholder management. Your background includes leading teams and driving product vision and strategy, with a proven track record of successful execution in complex environments. You are comfortable engaging in technical discussions and have a bias towards action, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
Desirable
Experience in the financial technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with consumer credit products. You should have a strong understanding of user experience principles and be able to translate customer needs into actionable product features. A background in data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making will help you excel in this role, as you will be responsible for defining success metrics and tracking performance.
What you'll do
As the Group Product Management Manager, you will be responsible for driving Affirm's expansion in the UK and new international markets. This includes iterating on the product vision, refining the product strategy, and developing a comprehensive roadmap. You will lead a team of Product Managers, guiding them in owning various surface areas across Purchase Experiences. Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align on international strategy and outcomes, particularly with Affirm's largest strategic partners. You will also be tasked with scaling and managing your team, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed.
