What you'll do
In this role, you will own the web product for Intercom, including intercom.com and fin.ai. You will lead the product direction and day-to-day execution, ensuring that these sites perform as growth engines and set industry standards for design and innovation. You will manage a team of four product managers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals. Your responsibilities will include translating company positioning into high-impact web pages, reviewing copy and design, and signing off on launches. You will work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure that the product vision is realized in every digital touchpoint. You will also analyze performance metrics to continuously improve the user experience and drive growth. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to align on product strategy and objectives, ensuring that the team is focused on delivering exceptional value to customers.
