What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and inspire a distributed team of Technical Program Managers, working across various parts of the business to drive alignment among key stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with leaders in Product, Engineering, Design, Infrastructure, Operations, and Analytics to develop strategies and roadmaps that support the company's growth. Your focus will be on overseeing the successful execution of strategic programs, ensuring that they are delivered on time and meet the desired outcomes.

You will actively develop and grow key TPM talent within your team, providing mentorship and guidance to help them succeed in their roles. As Affirm's products scale to meet the accelerating business demands, you will leverage your expertise in technical program management to navigate challenges and drive successful outcomes.
