What you'll do

As the Staff Product Manager for Capital, you will own the vision for Capital Risk and Deal Reporting — your role involves defining the long-term direction and strategy for these critical systems. You will work to reduce operational risk and improve forecasting accuracy, ensuring that the systems you build are robust and scalable as Affirm continues to grow.

You will collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement product features that enhance the functionality and reliability of the Capital systems — your focus will be on creating durable systems that can handle the complexities of Affirm's capital program. You will also be responsible for ensuring that investor-grade reporting is accurate and timely, which is essential for maintaining investor trust.

Your role will require you to analyze data and metrics to inform product decisions — you will leverage your analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives that enhance product performance.
