You have a strong background in treasury management and financial operations, with a proven track record of leading teams in both U.S. and international markets. Your expertise in cash management, funding strategies, and risk management practices enables you to ensure adequate liquidity for operational and strategic goals. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and convey complex financial concepts clearly. You are driven by data and quantitative insights, using them to inform decision-making across the organization. Your leadership style fosters a culture of accountability and excellence within your team, encouraging professional growth and development.
Desirable
Experience in fintech or a related industry is a plus, as is familiarity with regulatory compliance and corporate governance. What you'll do
As the Vice President of Treasury, you will lead all aspects of treasury functions, ensuring robust cash management and financial risk management practices. You will develop funding plans and optimize capital allocation to meet Affirm's operational and strategic goals. Your role will involve overseeing periodic reconciliation, forecasting, and financial reporting activities, ensuring that the Treasury team collaborates effectively with Accounting and Strategic Finance on corporate filings. You will work closely with various departments, including Capital Markets, Engineering, Product, and Credit Analytics, to align treasury-related initiatives with broader organizational objectives. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining strong governance and controls within the treasury function, ensuring that all practices adhere to regulatory standards and best practices.
