You are a strategic finance leader with a proven track record in financial planning and analysis. With at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, you thrive in high-pressure environments and enjoy building financial models that support business growth. You have a hands-on approach and are comfortable working closely with executive leadership and board members to drive financial discipline and informed decision-making.
You possess strong leadership skills, having led teams in previous roles, and you understand the importance of collaboration across departments. Your ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively is one of your key strengths. You are passionate about mentoring your team and fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
What you'll do
As the Vice President of Finance at Coalfire, you will lead the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
