What you'll do

As a Sales Professional at Aflac, you will work directly with employers to provide voluntary benefits that address the needs of their employees. You will have the flexibility to build and manage your own schedule, allowing you to balance work and personal commitments effectively. Your role will involve ongoing support and training as you get licensed and learn about Aflac's products, including financial wellness and telehealth services. You will also have the potential to earn bonuses and commissions based on your sales performance, with a bonus potential of $3,000-$4,000 in your first three months.
