What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of Agiloft's backend systems, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient. You will work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into actionable development tasks. Your leadership will guide the team in adopting best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.

You will also be responsible for shaping the technical roadmap, making strategic decisions about technology stacks and architectural patterns. Your insights will help drive the evolution of Agiloft's platform, ensuring it remains at the forefront of the contract lifecycle management industry. You will actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to your peers and helping to elevate the overall quality of the codebase.
