Agoda is hiring an Account Manager for their Homes division in Bangkok, Thailand. You'll be responsible for expanding the supply of non-hotel accommodations and strengthening partner relationships. Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred.

You have experience in the travel or hospitality industry, ideally with a focus on non-hotel accommodations. Your background includes managing partner relationships and expanding supply in a competitive market. You understand the nuances of the online travel landscape and are adept at building long-term partnerships that create value for both Agoda and its partners.
You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and negotiate favorable terms. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess market trends and identify opportunities for growth within the Homes segment. You are results-driven and thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
Desirable
Experience in managing accounts or partnerships within the online travel sector is a plus. Familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes will help you excel in this role. A passion for travel and understanding of customer needs in the accommodation space will set you apart.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for expanding the supply of non-hotel accommodations in Thailand, focusing on serviced apartments, homes, private villas, and more. You will strengthen existing partner relationships while actively seeking new opportunities to enhance Agoda's offerings. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the quality of Homes supply meets Agoda's standards.
You will analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify gaps and opportunities for growth. By leveraging data and insights, you will develop strategies to attract new partners and improve the overall quality of accommodations available on Agoda. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
You will also engage in regular communication with partners, providing them with support and guidance to optimize their listings and improve performance on the platform. Building trust and rapport with partners will be key to your success in this role.
